Its work brings together communication, learning and participation: helping ideas travel, helping people take part and helping project work become useful beyond the consortium.
MediAlena is intentionally direct and agile. Partners collaborate with the person leading the work, while the organisation grows through trusted European cooperation.

Based in Finland, Alena works across education, communication and community-building. Her European project experience includes international coordination, project implementation, adult learning, inclusion, storytelling and dissemination.
She leads communication work packages and coordinates international projects with a practical, human-centred approach—connecting strategic clarity with the realities of partners, participants and communities.
